If you are driving from the North:
Take Niles Road (M-63) to M-139 (Old 31) and continue South to Dickinson Road. Turn left (East) onto Dickinson Road. About 1/4 mile down Dickinson Road you will see to your left the brick entrance monuments. Turn left onto Dickinson Estates and enter the subdivision.

If you are driving from the South:
Take M-139 (Old 31) North to Dickinson Road. Turn right (East) onto Dickinson Road. About 1/4 mile down Dickinson Road you will see to your left the brick entrance monuments. Turn left onto Dickinson Estates and enter the subdivision.
