1 Lake Terrace is being developed, and will be completed later this Summer. It will offer 5 dramatic building sites on Lake Michigan, and 12 lake-access building sites located just a stones throw from the sandy beach.

From the South:
Take I-94 heading North. Take I-94's Exit 34 onto I-196. Continue heading North on I-196 to Exit 4 (Coloma Road). After exiting, immediately turn right (West) onto Coloma Road. Go a couple of miles to the end of Coloma Road. Turn left (South) onto Highway M-63. 1 Lake Terrace will then be on your right about 1/4 of a mile down M-63.

From the North:
Take I-196 heading South. Take Exit 4B (Coloma Road). Turn right (West) onto Coloma Road. Go a couple of miles to the end of Coloma Road. Turn left (South) onto Highway M-63. 1 Lake Terrace will then be on your right about 1/4 of a mile down M-63.
