1 Lake Terrace is being developed, and will be completed later this Summer. It will offer 5 dramatic building sites on Lake Michigan, and 12 lake-access building sites located just a stones throw from the sandy beach.
The shoreline sites, located on a high bluff, offer beautiful views of the Lake. The sites are protected below by a lovely wooded bluff. A gondola car will provide quiet rides to and from the bluff and the beach.
